Mad Cats Summer Travel Lacrosse
Our Advantage
The mission of our program is to prepare and develop talented players for the next level of play. We provide high quality coaching and give the boys an opportunity to play with and against top talent in the midwest, as well against top national teams. Mad Cats is the most cost effective summer travel lacrosse program in central Indiana. Costs for youth teams (10U, 12U and 14U) are estimated at $500 per player; while estimated costs for our HS teams are $800 per player (costs includes uniform and tournement fees but exclude travel related expenses). Mad Cats attend four tournaments where other programs attend only three and we have an unsurpassed player family community!
Our Name
Mad Cats is an acronym and represents the elements that allow us to be successful on the field, while demonstrating the values we strive to show as players and coaches.

Non-Profit Means More Value
Mad Cats operates as a non-profit business. We have costs associated with delivering our program, but do not pass on profit margins to our players. We are sensitive to our price point and strive to deliver quality instruction and tournament experiences at a competitive price. As a result, Mad Cats traditionally offers the lowest cost for summer lacrosse in the area, and is the only program to include four tournaments for their players.
Eligibility
Our 2018 Mad Cats youth teams use the even-year US Lacrosse player segmentation rules.
Players with a birthday after August 31 of the following birth years plays on the following teams:
10U - must be born between 8/31/09 - 9/1/07 (generally graduation classes of 2026 & 2027)
12U - must be born between 8/31/07 - 9/1/05 (generally graduation classes of 2024 & 2025)
14U - must be born between 8/31/05 - 9/1/03 (generally graduation classes of 2022 & 2023)
High School Divisions: 2019, 2020, and 2021 graduation years
Swag
- Adrenaline will be our swag provider in 2018 - check back for order information.
- The purchase of Mad Cats Spirit Wear is not required and is entirely optional!
- The items that say "campaign" on them are limited availability items. Once the time is up, we will no longer be able to get those items. This includes the optional black and white practice pinnie. So, if you want it, make sure to order it within the time frame.
- All players will get a neon shooter shirt as part of their uniform pack; order a shooter shirt on this site only if you want an extra one.
- There are several types of hat options under the baseball hat picture. You have to select the baseball hat and then scroll down under "Style" to find all the selections. There are several baseball caps, a bucket hat, a visor and a beanie available.
- There are many versions of tees, hoodies and a few tanks. First, you will need to select a gender. Again, you'll need to click on the "Style" tab to see all of the options.
- All families will receive one Mad Cats car window decal; additional ones can be purchased directly from the Mad Cats Lacrosse Club for $5/each.
